About Dannalorah
Hi, I’m Dannalorah, a mother, student naturopath, and passionate advocate for making natural health soultions accessible, realistic, and inspiring.
I’m on a mission to reverse the narrative that good health is an unaffordable luxury. In a world where wellness often feels exclusive, I want to show that it doesn’t have to be. My work is about helping women and families take charge of their health, even in the middle of a cost-of-living crisis, and connecting communities with a shared passion for complimentary medicine.
My Story
I didn’t grow up “healthy”, and I certainly didn’t start out knowing everything about nutrition, hormones, or natural medicine. My own health literacy was low until my late twenties, when I reached a breaking point in my own battle with infertility, leading me to rebuild my body and life through education, persistence, and the desire to become my best self with each passing year.
That journey shaped my desire to empower others who are wanting to heal themselves too. It’s why I’m so passionate about sharing what I learn without gatekeeping or jargon, and why I’ve built a community that thrives on connection, honesty, and learning together.
What I Do
I wear a few hats, and I love each one of them.
I host the Students of Natural Health podcast, where I give a peek behind the curtain into the lives of current and future natural health professionals.
I create educational content on YouTube that helps people understand health concepts in a clear, relatable way.
I offer one-on-one consultations to support women and their families through their own unique challenges with an empathetic professional lens.
I speak at events, bringing evidence-based, empowering health conversations to wider audiences.
I am in the process of creating digital programs and ebooks designed to affordably equip women to navigate their unique phases of life, including burnout, fertility and more.
Who I Speak To
My community is made up of real women, including students, mothers, professionals, and dreamers, who are tired of beige perfection and craving authenticity. They’re women who’ve been let down by quick fixes and want intelligent, empathetic, evidence-based conversations. They don’t want to just “fix” their bodies, but value self-improvement through education and have the desire to deeply understand their body, and help their families.
My Approach
My content is simple, transparent, and empowering. I break down complex topics so they finally make sense, helping you feel confident enough to talk about your health, whether that’s mentioning wild yam at brunch or knowing which blood tests to ask your doctor about.
Health shouldn’t feel like an exclusive club. I bring you into the conversation openly, honestly, and without fluff.
My Philosophy
I don’t fit the beige influencer mould, and I don’t want to. My work has an edge, a sense of creativity, and a realness that comes from personally starting from square one. I believe in evidence-based natural health that still feels grounded in the real world.
I vaccinate my kids.
I use bleach.
I’m not perfect, and that’s exactly the point.
Wellness isn’t about following the world or being flawless. It’s about letting yourself be transformed, one small choice at a time.
“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”
— Romans 12:2
Watch the interview to get a glimpse into my motivation, values, and the heart behind the podcast.
I had the privilege of being interviewed by Ash from BioSoul Naturopathy about my journey into the natural health world, and how I came up with the idea of the “Students of Natural Health” podcast.
This conversation was a wonderful opportunity to open up about what drives me as a student of naturopathy, my passion for holistic wellbeing, curiosity for lifelong learning, and desire to connect with others on similar paths.

After months of interviewing other inspiring students, I decided it was finally time to turn the microphone around and share a bit of my own story.
In this special episode, I open up about my journey so far, the lessons I’ve gathered from both study and experience, and some of the insights that have shaped my approach to natural health.
